pop up screen

hi .is there a way to fix the pop up i get every time i move my mouse on the taskbar icon .
look at the picture .

i get that pop up on every icon on my taskbar .
i was not getting that about 1 month ago .then bang .so don't know what happen

no.i shrink my shadow copy to only 2 few day restore point .
do you remenber you guy did help me on that one .
i did that when i install my 2 new hard drive .
so i will not change any thing there .
now on my 250 hard drive i have 202 to 205 free space all the time .
i know that i cant go back more then a few day because some time i do restore back my pc .

I just checked you posts going back prior to December. I did not see anything about restore points there. If you did delete the restore points prior to that, you should have enough by now to solve the problem.
So you, when did you install the hard drive?
I cannot find what happened back then, but you should have restore points going back at least about a month. Dont you have enough space to have a months worth of restore; if not you should adujust space to have that from now on.

I have found the thread in question. I advised that it would not be worthwhile to sacrifice System Restore for the space that you wanted to save. Tell me exactly what changes you made.

this was last spring i thing .
i could tell you the exact date because i do have the copy of my 2 hard drive that i got from [newegg.ca]
well if would a shrink it all i would a have left would a been 168 of free space .
now i thing i did save every thing on window 7 .
i did copy all the black page when i done it .
you know the shadow copy the page is black right .
i will turn vista off and hook window 7 on .
i let you know

thank .i had checked that before i send the one .
but here is after i create my own restore point like you said to do
same date .

i know because every time i do one i check that to .
and it is allway the same date has it show with create one

even if i go to the bottom of the page that only gave 3 day .
like i said before .
my shadow copy is 12 gb of storage .
so 3 day is the top .
and even some time it is only 2 day .
if i check right after a up grade it will be only 2 day .

i will send you a picture of what my shadow copy is set at

there is some thing wrong .
i am trying to get to my shadow copy .
i type [vssadmin list shadows ]
now when i try to open it all i get is a flash of the black shadow copy screen then nothing .
do you know what cause that .
