Reinstallation of windows

Just need one little answer:)

I reinstalled my 32bit windows 7 to 64 and now have windows.old folder in C:\...am I free to delete it?I mean is that ALL left from my old windows,files etc or there is something more I have to delete to free space from useless old windows...?
