WD Caviar Green 1TB

I have a Western Digital Caviar Green... But when I try to copy files to it or from it, Windows Explorer crashes.... Could that be a sign of a HDD that is failing??

Alonan, it may also mean that your hard drive is incompatible with your computer. and can you view these files? or can you do nothing on it?
