looking for a netbook with vista 32/64

I am planning to buy a netbook for my niece as her birthday present,however,I hope it would’t cost too much.I heard the GS031001 of GS(GoldSilver Tech)is ok,but I kown little about that,I hope you guys can give me a hand.

Margret, you may be better off with a netbook with Windows 7, have you given that consideration? Vista is a is an old OS.
