Sudenly Vista asking 'User Name' and 'Password'

When I start my computer, it asks for 'User Name' and 'Password' window. I never set up anything like this. My set up is simple and straight. I used to turned on the machine and it bring desk top icons and now suddenly it started asking the 'User Name' and 'Password' .
    Please give some suggestions.

I tried going to safe mode but it goes to the same 'User Name' and 'Password' window. As if it does not recognise F8 key.

Question did the computer belong to someone else or has it always been yours.
