please help i an acer computer have delux arcade program doesnt want to play blue ray disc on it hd player it reverts me to need to update program when i do it just goes to blue blanK PAGE

I've found that some blu-rays don't get recogonized by arcade. It's odd.. But updating the program fixed it.
Infact I had a bear of a time updating it too. I had to d/l and reinstall from scratch to get it right. As Acer doesn't really have bthe update on their site.
