Non-essential Services

What would be the best list of non-essential services to disable for an average user (Uses computer for Web Browsing, MMORPG gaming, downloading media, homework, etc) to help speed up the system Startup. The tips I read from the Bot Up tutortial helped drop the time down from around 210 seconds to around 160-170. Want to see if I can drop that down a little bit more.

Actually I did indeed look there but got lost looking through a massive table of services. Just want a general community conensus of services that many would find a bit unnecessary for the average user.

EDIT:Managed to find a good flow on reading that table
