    Intel Core 2 Duo

    Intel GMA 4500MHD

All of the errors are memory access errors ( Exception Code: c0000005 )
So, I'd suggest starting with this:
I suggest starting all troubleshooting with the following diagnostic tests. They'll save you a lot of time and heartache if there is a hardware failure, and you'll have the disks on hand in case you need them in the future:
H/W Diagnostics:
Please start by running these bootable hardware diagnostics:
Memory Diagnostics (read the details at the link)
HD Diagnostic (read the details at the link)

Also, please run one of these free, independent online malware scans to ensure that your current protection hasn't been compromised: Free Online AntiMalware Scanners (read the details at the link)

Please let us know the results of these tests and we can move on from there.

Yeah None of these worked, btw i did 2 restore c drive to factory settings twice but it still persists.

Here the dump of my vaio recovery appcrash.

You must run the tests that are in my previous post (the hard drive and the memory diagnostics). If you've restored the system twice and it's still doing this - then it's likely to be a hardware problem.

Well if you could look in the dump files that would be appreciated and i know its not a Hardware Problem this Problem Started 2 Day Before the New Year of 2010 on December 2009,I'd Appreciated it.

All of your reported issues are with user mode processes/crashes. These don't directly relate to hardware (although they can indirectly suggest a hardware cause - which is what I'm suspecting here).

Even with kernel mode dumps it's very difficult to accurately blame hardware - any dumps that may signal hardware can also signal compatibility issues, lower level driver problems, or malware.

So, we blame hardware by looking for a pattern of memory dumps (kernel level - not user level) that have constantly changing error messages and causes. Once we find that pattern, then we rule out compatibility, low level drivers, and malware. If all that is fixed, then we assume that it's hardware.

The only 2 reliable hardware diagnostics are the one's that I suggested above.

Here's the user level dump file. As noted above, it only blames an error in accessing memory (0xC0000005).
And that's only a clue because all of your other errors point to the same thing - yet you've reinstalled the OS so those errors shouldn't be happening. The most likely cause for this is a hardware problem (which the diagnostics will help to rule out), but other causes can be the causes described above (malware, compatibility, low-level drivers).

Good luck!
