Need help with restarting my computer to factory settings

hi everyone im new to all this and not very good when it comes to fixing things either. but here's my problem i want to reset my laptop but dont no were to start. the laptop is running very slow and somtimes when im using the built in mouse it wont let me click on certain things. plz can somone help many thanks
