Solved Please help??

I cut all of the files (only the ones that weren't hidden) in Computer/HP (C:)/Users/My Profile and pasted them in a new folder with a different name, and as you can probably guess, it completely messed up just about everything. I tried to return the files to the original My Profile folder, but they are not doing so. I'm stuck with the window that says "Moving 1 item (2.02 MB)", but the Speed says "0 bytes/sec" so I think that the files aren't going to go back in the folder. Any and all help with this would be greatly appreciated :(

Hello Psyctopus, and welcome to Vista Forums.

You might see if you may be able to create a new administrator account, log in to it, and see if you may be able to copy the files back into the other user account while logged into the new one.
