sfc/scannow told me that tcpmon.ini is corrupt. I have extracted the file onto my desktop from the Vista DVD and also taken full permission to change system32 files but still i am not able to replace the file in windows\system32 because the windows explorer reports "windows explorer has stopped working" and closes. Please suggest what do i do.
