Solved Message:kxslejkgsiob has stopped working

(First Windows Popup Problem)

Microsoft Window Tab pops up and says

kxslejkgsiob has stopped working

I press the check online for a solution and it just closes the program tab

and there is no solution and will pop up again when I restart my computer.

I have went online trying to find a solution but so far nothing.I would be

classified as a newbie. I did try searching for a solution before sending

a note to this forum for possible help.

I have Windows Vista Ultimate Service Pack 2, 64 bit operating system with

a AMD Athlon(tm) X2 Dual Core Processor BE-2400 2.30GHz. Any help in

solving these issues would be so appreciated.

To me it sounds like it might be a virus. Can you boot in safe mode, to make an antivirus scan?
A malware scan would be helpful, too, but difficult if not already downloaded.

No reason to feel foolish. Sometimes a person is too close to the problem. There is frustration and concern and the answer cant be figured out. I would not be surprised that one day I have a simple problem and I have to come to the forum for help, too.
