IRSETUP error

I have recently been seeing a "IRSETUP-Invalid Start Mode-Archive Filename" error posted about 2 minutes after I enter Windows. The error started occuring after I reloaded Windows Vista 32 bit Ultimate. I also loaded SP1 and 2, and all important updates. I have looked in Device Manager and there is no reference to IR devices. I was informed on the net that one could disable the IR device in Device Manager. HELP.

Welcome
It appears that Irsetup is a third party process. This information may be helpful.
I would not use any software that affects registry and would ignore that part of the article
Make a system restore point first, in the event that any action that you take creates problems
irsetup.exe - What is irsetup.exe?
