Solved I'm having scrolling problems

Even though I have smooth scrolling checked in my settings I lose it sometimes. It jumps/jerks, whatever you want to call it, and the only way to get it back to smooth is to shut the computer down. And then sometimes after I do that it still seems to act funny. Is it the program, PC or some virus? HP Pavilion Slimline.

I followed your advice by clicking on the link and removing the addons from my IE. I'm still in the process of finding the addon(s) that was causing the problem but it's nice to have my smooth scrolling back.
