Images appearing all over my desktop

Hello everyone:D

I have a Dell Inspiron 1525 running Vista Home Premium 32bit.

On 7/8/11, there were 3 updates on programs installed on my computer and 1 update from Microsoft as follows:

Avast Internet Security
IncrediMail 2.0
Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable - KB2467175
Yahoo Messenger 11

The afternoon of 7/8/11, I had the top to my laptop closed. When I opened it to get on the computer, I had images all over my desktop. I have uninstalled Yahoo Messenger, rebooted and they appear again. I also uninstalled IncrediMail 2.0, rebooted and they appear again, so I know (at least I think I know) that it can't be either of these program updates causing the issue.

I have deleted all the images and they are in my recycle bin. Each time my laptop boots, more images appear.

I am attaching a screenshot of the images and a screenshot of part of the recycle bin.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. This is driving me cray!!!! :sa:

Welcome
Do you have to pay more for that feature?
Anyway
Make a full anti virus scan
Download and make a full scan with malwarebytes.

LOL...

I'm ready to pay more to get rid of them. I can't stand all the clutter on my desktop!

I did a scan with my Avast and Spybot, but I will do a full scan on the Avast and Malwarebytes.

I'll let you know what happens.
