Solved please help

all my icons and files are now .ink and i cant start half the ****....

a friend tried to send me a pic of her and it didnt work i tried to open with windows gallary etc...and it didnt work then she changed the pic and resent then work


then 2 mins later i look and all the desktop icons are all ****ed up

Please don't worry, doing a system restore is not like a factory restore, this is easy to do, go back say 2 to 3 days before this happened and you will be fine if you need more help post back here in this thread and we will help you. Please print the instructions before performing the restore so you can follow along.
