Can't get white on black text. The background will change but not the text. It has worked in the past but not now. I press Alt, Left screen, and print screen. The background changes but the Text stays black on white.

I have this problem when using the Chrome browser.
What programs do you have this problem in?
I also have it more often in XP than in Win7 - so I do suspect that some of it is from the OS.
