runDll32.exe Error

Hi,
Please some body help... when i open a specific folder (where my video safe) a msg appear that RunDll32 has stopped working,, and freeze all my things, unless i click close...some time it appear alone but some time follow that msg
1st msg "RunDll32.exe has stopped working"
2nd msg "windows explorer has stopped working"

but its only appear when i open that video folder, i scan my C drive and Whole computer but no virus detect and also use CMD method Sfc /scannow there is no error found...i also check C drive Through Properties and scan and fix option but there is also no error... even i open that folder through any media player it also hang until close........ please help me.. here i attache some shots..

One common cause of such a problem is that a virus may be hidden in the Dll
Run a full and updated virus scan
Download and make a full scan with malwarebytes.
Be sure to download the free version.

If both are negative make a system restore from before the problem.

i tried my system restore , but there is no restore date, because i did not create any restore point before...one day before i update windows, i think that may be it solve my problem but it still...that s why windows show restore point before one day when i update windows...so it's useless for me....why it stopped working when i open a video folder,, there is no problem when i open others folder...pls solve it...thanks ....awaiting for reply

Did you scan your computer with Malwarebytes? If so, can you copy and paste the log for us please

No i Don't have DVD for Windows because my Lenovo lap top has, in the hard drive which is hidden.. if there is problem in OS then just hit that key, new windows install..i installed 2 or 3 time before but now i installed too much programmed i don't want to lose them or re install again...my other programs and machine is good i have no problem but only that video folder..why that folder create problem even there is no virus and it is in my other Drive not in C Drive....please give another solution.. thanks

Tom is not online now, you can try a repair install with the DVD and should not lose your stuff, but no guarantees, back up first. You can buy a DVD for cost about $25.00 from the supplier of your OS.
