Sorry, but once the restore point is gone, it cannot be replaced

Yes, you do but not many
As part of proper maintenance, it is suggested that a complete back up of your hard drive be made every month. If you followed this, you can use that back up. If you did not, use this software to do so in the future.
Macrium Reflect FREE Edition - Information and download

You can do a factory restoration, either from the restore partition or from the supplied DVD (depending on the computer manufacturer.

Those are the only two options that I am aware of.

The software that I gave you in my earlier post is for future use. After you have your stuff the way you want it, you make an image once a week, so you will never have this problem again.
A system image, if it is still available, and I doubt it, will make your computer like the day your first bought it. All your stuff will be gone.

I do have the system image restore option after pressing f8 during the booting up so that will restrt it to the factory settings like when i bought it first.I have an external drive to storew all of my stuff. So returning to the factory settings should work and fix my problem

Listen carefully, we dont want a mistake now. If you have all your stuff backed up on a separate hard drive, you can do a factory restore and you can then reinstall your stuff from the back up.
Remember, to use the software that I gave you to back up the entire hard drive once a week so that this will never happen again.
I cant guarantee that you can restore your stuff, because I do not know if you did it correctly, etc, but it should work.
