I have a Gateway desktop and the card reader will work fine after reboot but after the computer sits for a while it stops working. I have removed the disk drives in device manager and rebooted and the drivers re install but same problem. I checked to make sure that windows is not turning them off to conserve power. I do not have and yellow ? in device manager. Help.....
