Under start menu right click on startup to open up that folder. With hidden files visible look to see if that file is there. If so send it to the trash. Windows shouldn't need it but you'll still have it that way.

sorry townsbg, this makes no sense to me either

i hope its not too painful for you boys (and girls for that matter) but i think the level of support that i might need might be higher than even i imagined
