I have kind of the same problem. I am the admin of our home computer and I changed my password last week....well now it is not working? I SWEAR that I know what it is but it is not working. I've tried everything......I'm not a computer person so I have NO IDEA what to do. I can't get into my account and I am the only admin on our home computer. Please someone help me?? Oh and I need a play by play cuz I am NOT computer literate.

Hello Nrevoal, and welcome to Vista Forums.
If you remember what your password was before this one, then you could use METHOD FOUR in the tutorial below to do a system restore using a restore point dated when you were using the old password.

If not, then you could use METHOD THREE or METHOD FIVE to reset it.
