Can anyone help ?

hi there , A few months ago i turned on my laptop and i got a warning saying that it cannot connect to my windows profile ,also most of the programs on the laptop wont work ,i can get on some programs as the " the dependency service or group failed to start " notification appears or "access denied "if its triyng to look at files or editing them .Ive seen some help that tells to go as admin and edit things but i cant do this as i cant get onto anything that will let me do this . Any one know the problem or can help as its starting to get annoying now

i have a Fujitsu Siemens amilo li2727
windows home premium 32bit

The best way to start is to prevent further problems

Run a full anti virus scan
Download, if you can, malwarebytes and make a full updated scan. If that does not work, try the above post

ive run a norton antivirus and has found nothing and it wont let me rung malwarebytes the the dependency service or group failed to start notification comes up so a bit stuck

Many times I have seen a virus stop malwarebytes or even the anti virus.

For malwarebytes to run, you have to make an exception in Nortons for it to allow malwarebytes, and vice verse. or cut norton off while you run malwarebytes, these 2 do not get along well.

hi guys , malawarebytes was working fine before this happened with norton running , i tried to the tutorial you linked and nothing still the same , i cant eve make a new profile to delete this one and start fresh . Have you got any other ideas ? everytime i try and do something to fix it or anything that needs to have admin thing to pop up( i am admin and have tried the cmd thing aswell and nothing ) the notification comes up saying i cant .All the tips i try i cant as i get a notification saying i cant access anything everytime i start getting somewhere ,cheers for the help for far .

It has been my experience a scan with malwarebytes does not have a problem with Norton. There is a problem if they both do real time protection

Sounds like a virus or malwrare.

ive downloaded norton bootable recovery tools , but it wont let me open it .Does anyone now if i can download it to another pc and l boot from a usb to my laptop ?
