I keep getting a pop up every few seconds that says something about adobie flash player and internet security. I've read where vista 64 bit that I have does not accept this new version of adobie flash player that somehow my computer upgraded to. Can anyone please help? Thanks

I think it says internet security and says adobie flash player wants to use this adobie flash player and then it says allow or not allow. I posted again and maybe explained it better,. I'm at work now and not at my home computer to read it exatly.
