Formatting + upgrading to 64 bit

Hi everyone, sorry in advance if this question is redundant or stupid. I currently have windows vista X64 bit installed and I have the product key. I can't remember if I got a free update via online from 32 bit or not; But, I can only seem to find windows vista 32 bit CD. If I reformat and install windows vista 32 bit and use the cd key I have now , will it automatically upgrade without me having to re-purchase the upgrade? Attached is info ( I removed the key for obvious reasons, but you can see that it's activated).

You can go to 32 or 64 with the same key as many times as you like
That key can be used on one computer at a time, as many times as you like.
