Hi,
So my cpus were running very high even when I only had one program open. I googled a way to lower it and it suggested me to disable some programs I dont use. I disabled alot since I didn't recognize but now I can't connect to the internet and my volume is off.

Hello Andrew, and welcome to Vista Forums.
Could you explain in more detail exactly what and where you disabled these programs?
For example, from startup programs list, Task Manager "Processes" tab, etc......

Ahh I just figured it out. I was in system config and wasn't too sure what was good or bad but I just enabled them all back so it appears to be working. Thanks Brink
