Solved Error Message on Start Up

When I cold start my Vista computer, I frequently get the error message. "KBD EXE has stopped working". (see attachment)

I've attempted to follow the online link for a solution, but that never leads to anything. By just closing the application, everything works normal, but the repeated message is annoying.

I assume the message relates to something on the keyboard. The machine is an HP with a mult-function keyboard. I've not had any success tracking this error message anywhere!

Does anyone have any idea where I should be looking??

Welcome
Assuming that you have an HP keyboard, go to the HP site and update the driver.

Yes, I downloaded an update to the HP KBD execution file. It seems to have solved my problem...... to date.

Thank you for the insight.
