Solved Can I move the partition between C and D to increase the size of C?

Setting up the Vista laptop several years ago I partitioned a separate drive F, anticipating large photographs for F. Misestimated the size requirements so that C (Programs) is full and both C (Data) and F (Mixed) are relatively empty. Can I move the partition between C and D to increase the size of C? If so, is the free Partition Magic best or is there a better commercial product?

We can skip this. I discovered that the free Partition Magic software was so simple that I did that very quickly. I am used to "battling" solutions to Windows problems and am happy to find that they are coming around and making some things user friendly.
