login help

okay first off i got a dell inspiron with windows vista home premium from a lady who came to my work and i saw it and asked what she was going to do with it and she said junk it so of course i took it the only thing is she didnt mention a password and i go it home and i cant login to delete her acc and wipe the hhd i just want to know is there anyway to get around it? i tried safe mode and it still wants a password and theres no guest log in or admin. any help would be greatly appreciated and i forgot to mention it doesnt have a cd drive so i cant load another os on it. it has 4g ram other than that i dont know any of the specs becuase i have yet to login yet.

Your not having a dvd/cd drive means you will need to use a USB drive , Good luck with this endeavor !!
