It seems that the division of the Quick Launch and Taskbar area is moved to the right of your Taskbar.
You should be able to drag the ((double) dotted) line to the left side of your taskbar.

I don't see a dotted line so If that's true first you might have to right click on the task bar and uncheck lock the taskbar.
