every boot up yields a message titled "Fax utility" and reading " There is a problem with the parameters for the data base library". it is an Epson Workforce 610 All-in-one. any ideas?

Hello. seems it is trying to perform a function at start up. go to your start up tab in the start>run>type msconfig>press okay> see startup tab . in this window uncheck the printer. It really does not need to be doing anything on start up . Should be a manual operation, in my opinion . So, in summary, remove it from start up, then reboot and see what happens now. Please post back results .
