I need help when ever I start my computer up it takes me to a blue screen thats there for a split second and then a black screen and I cant see the mouse and then it just says "Monitor going to sleep" then restarts and keeps going on an endless loop I tried pressing F8 at start up and selected Last known good configuration and it did the same thing then I tried all the safe modes and still no good anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

The computer is set to restart after a crash. If you disable it, the problem will be prevented. This being said, however, the computer will still experience crashes. You will be given an error message, which we can then use to help you diagnose the problem
Disable auto-reboot:
Click Start, then click the right mouse button on My Computer. Select Properties
Click Advanced System Settings, then click the Advanced tab.
Under Startup and Recovery, click Settings.
Under System failure, click the checkbox next to automatically restart to remove the checkmark.
Click OK to close the Startup and Recovery window, then click OK to close the System Properties window, then close the Properties window.

Some computers have another option to access that recovery section, F10 or F11 , see if that gets you to the files needed to run the repair startup . Try those on a start up and see if you can access the repair commands .

Yha, as he can boot, and almost get to windows is a sign that windows is buggered.
I usually save Livecd if it can't get that far.
