Window Failed to Start after Fixing

After fixed my fallen HP Pavilion dv9000 entertainment Notebook PC dv9207us(with Widows Vista Home Premium 32bits), test show:

Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause....
File Windows System32 Winload.exe
Status: 0xc000000f

What does this status mean?
I'v used a Windows Vista System Recovery DVD, but the Window still failed to start and I get the same Status as show above. I tried the Primary Hard Disk Test, it shows:

Test Status: #1-04 Fail
What does this mean and what should I do? My HDD is: WDT-WD1200BEVS(B)
