Solved Missing Language Bar on Vista Home Premium 32 bytes system

Hi

Recently, I 've rebooted my cpu, after doing so my language bar when Missing.
This is what I get when I open the Control Panel..

I wonder if anyone have a solution to get back the language bar with the ability to add additional language.

Ur help is greatly appreciated

Under Regional & Language Options
Select Change Keyboard or other input method

You are DONE... Now you can type in Chinese


*NOTE*
DO NOT open your Registry Editor to DELETE any file named en-US, your cpu will crash!! You can say hello to reboot...
