Forgot password that I reset few days ago. Went into system restore

Went into system restore. I need to choose a "restore point" but not sure which one to safely choose. The options are:

Install: Windows Update

System: Schedule checkpoint

The dates are very recent. Which do I choose??

Choose the most current, if it goes past the point that you had a problem. If you did not make any changes, the only effect of update will be that you have to install the upadates, again. No personal stuff should be touched.

Update. Then you will get the updates again, which have to be installed. If you are on automatic, you need to do nothing.

Actually, just pick the most recent one.
