I used my USB cable to hook my camera to my computer so I could download pictures (into Windows Photo Gallery), just like I've done a hundred times.
Only this time no windows popped up to allow me to create a folder, etc. If I go to Windows Photo Gallery, on top under "All Pictures" the pictures that were on my camera appear there. But why wasn't I able to create a folder and download these pictures into that specific folder? As I said, I didn't get any pop-up windows at all -- nothing.
