I'm having issues with CAPI2 events 11 and 30. Have logged events for CAPI2 operations and the only errors showing is event 30 verify chain policy and event 11 build chain.

Actually, I found the cause. Silly of me not to notice earlier. For some reason, my computer clock advanced to the year 2014 ( judging by my usage, probably occurred at 12:00 am on Apr 6)
