Warning Event 51 - help wanted

After resuming from sleep I very often get a warning Event 51, disk - "An error was detected on device\Device\Harddisk2\DR15 during a paging operation". Sometimes this same event is issued hundreds of times in the first minute after resuming.

Why am I getting this event? Online help gives me no clues. The event properties show these details:

Log Name: System

Start > Computer > Manage > Storage > Disk Management shows me that "disk 2" is my Iomega Prestige 2 TB USB 3.0/USB 2.0 Desktop Hard Drive 35182 connected via USB 3.0 PCIe card. The disk works fine and if I go to "Adjust the appearance and performance of Windows > Advanced > Virtual Memory" I can see that No Paging File is defined for this disk. So why am I getting Event 51 from this disk?

If it has any bearing on this mystery, sometimes the event data does not include DR15 but some other DR number! What does this refer to? Thanks.

Thanks Rich. So these events are probably nothing to worry about; not related to paging and not really warning me of anything! I'm left wondering why Vista would bother to create them - and even thought they could be a by-product of USB 3.0 support ... since I don't get the events from any other USB attached disks.

It does not seem to be a problem. My post and your lack of any opther specific problems, would make be believe that it is not worth worrying about.

Since paging involves memory, would it be worthwhile to run something like memtest to make sure there's not a problem with RAM?

The referenced article pretty much says not to worry about this error message but what's causing it on this system? I've never seen it and wonder how many others have seen it.
