Almost every time that I click on a text field (whether in Firefox, Chrome, or even while creating a Power Point), my cursor freezes and is unresponsive for about 30 seconds. During this time, the keyboard is responsive and I am at least able to use the Tab key to move to the next text box.



In my desperation to fix this issue I have tried a few different things:
-Registry clean-up tool
-SuperAntiSpyware
-Searched the Internet for similar problems, but did not find helpful results

I am currently utilizing Trend Micro Titanium for virus protection. Any thoughts on what the cause may be?
