I have this one file that date's back to 'o9



Every time I try to delete this little bug it comes up with "Destination Folder Access Denied - You need to confirm this operation"
I would press continue and it will come up with another window stating "User Account Control - Windows needs your permission to continue"
...
Of course I would press continue but it would give me the same window as the first and tell me to try again.

You probably could guess that the program it uses is already uninstalled, so how do I get rid of such a superfluous shortcut?
