Actually when I use the software this access violation message does not appear on regular basis. Therefore, even if I repair Net framework4 how could I know if that repair did work. Ok, I guess, I should give a try then I will use software and see what happens.

Click on .net framework 4 client profile as if to uninstall it. There will be two options. Select the Repair option and reboot. Does that help with your problem?
I don't know what to do with the .net framework 4 client profile language.
Depending on the software, you may or may not need 3.5, 3.5 SP1. If repairing 4 doesn't help, you could try uninstalling them. You can always download them from Microsoft and reinstall. If you set a system restore point before uninstalling them, you could always just do a system restore.
