My computer is unable to start.*
I had a problem with viruses yesterday but I resolved that and my computer was working normally this morning.*
When I try to turn it on it says that I need to launch startup repair. I do that but then it says that my computer was unable to start and sartup repair is checking for problems. After waiting a while it comes up with a message saying 'startup repair cannot repair this computer automatically. Sending more information can help Microsoft create solutions.' So I click 'send information about this problem'. Then I comes up with 'windows cannot repair this computer automatically' and suggests that contact the computer manufacturer. I can 'view diagnostic and repair details' or 'view advanced options for system recovery and support' from this screen. I don't know if that is of any help.*
I have tried safe mode but it doesn't work. I have a Toshiba an imputed and windows vista. Please help.
