Solved How can I delete an account that doesn't show up?

Hello,

I have little experience with computers, so please bear with me here.

I deleted an account quite a while ago as I wasn't using it anymore. However, it is still showing up in the Users folder of my C: drive. It doesn't show up on the welcome screen, in the control panel's account manager, or even in Vistax64's System Info program, so I can't remove it. I can still delete some files off of it, but I would like the whole account gone, as it takes up a large amount of space.

I've had no issues with this other then documents (Open Office) being taken over by an 'Unknown User', which I suspect is this account. What should I do? I've searched all over for a solution, and couldn't find one that matched my problem.
