External HDD, cant access certain Folder or Delete it.

    External HDD, cant access certain Folder or Delete it.

    Hello, someone please help

    I cant open & access a certain folder on my external usb3 drive: says "drive needs formatting" But i can use rest of folders.

    I try deleting it & re copy the contents but says: "An unexpected error is preventing the operation" Error: 0x80070091:The directory is not empty.

    What can I do? And what might have caused this?
