Language Bar issues

Hello Vista Forums. My name is Vasil and i have problems related with my Language bar.

The problem is that i cannot see it in startup and its missing in Taskbar (right click) Toolbars option.
Additionally i've tried to mess win Start-Control Panel-Regional and Language Options-Keyboards and Languages-Change Keyboards... but no luck there.
When i try to dock it in taskbar its not even showing while sometimes its showing in Desktop while saying its docked.
I've checked HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
and add new String with "ctfmon"="CTFMON.EXE" on it and then i do the options to dock it in taskbar but its only showing in desktop from time to time. And before you ask YES i do cleaned the languages and added them again but there was no luck.

I'm looking for solution from months already and before this happened everything was graet.

Please im waiting for help!
Thanks!

Hi Vasil, and welcome to the forums.

Run your cursor across the very top of your screen. It could be hidden there.

If not, then we'll continue with other steps.

Thats allright, we'll just try all the steps.

Which language do you want to switch to and from? Have you switched languages before?

When you do a new install, there will be two folders on your computer.

Windows - will contain your new files.
Windows.old - will contain your old files.

The old files will be kept in that folder inside your C:/ drive, so you can at any time go there to copy & paste the files onto your new drive. Its still strongly recommended to save your files in a back up or on USB/external hard drive.

For the service pack , you can use your own windows installation CD that came with your computer.

I can't assure you on this one, but I think that all of your 'program files', my downloads, my desktop, my documents, my pictures, etc. will all be saved.
