regarding computer management

tryin to connect my iphone to itunes but error coming that device service is not started.Started searching for this on net and foun that we have make some changes by opening computer managment.Trying to open that but in first two three clicks it is not opening and when it opened it was opened for max 2 sec.everytime i open it,it only opens for 2 sec.please give me some solutions for this.:(:confused::confused::confused:

Go to your device manager in the control panel, and tell me if you see any "!" symbols next to your devices.

I think that you should uninstall the iPhone from your computer, and then plug it in again.

Your issue likely doesn't require using the computer management interface. You probably need an updated driver for the iPhone. Go into Device Manager and remove the drivers for the iPhone, then let it be rediscovered on reboot. Vista should acquire the latest drivers on-line. iPod and iPhone devices are usually very easy to work with on Windows Vista.
