control panel only flash and do not open

when i click on control lanel to open it it only flash really quick and that is it .
do you know what could cauce this .
like last nite it open no problem .this morning all it did is flash .

When you click on "Control Panel", it launches the program "control.exe". You can launch it from the "run" selection simply by typing "control". See if that works. If it doesn't, you may want to check the "control.exe" file in your Windows System directory and see if it had a recent date (implying a modification) and also run an anti-virus check on it.

thank you right now i got it to open again .
i downloaded all the driver again .
but how long it will open that i will know by tomorrow .
fisrt i was bootimg on safe mode .no good at all .
now i boot on normal mode .
this is one trouble i have also .it it will boot 2 .3 time on normal then it will boot on safe mode again .
just maybe there is some wrong with the motherboard .
the last 7 month i build 8 of them and this is the first time am having problem with one .
