Solved No room on hard drive

I have 2 hard drives the primary hard drive has a max capacity of 123gb, and the secondary has a max capacty of 170gb. The secondary hard drive only has 17gb of free space left and the primary only has 3gb of free space. Looking at my programs they should only add up to about 20gb of space that's being used. Why is this happening? I can't download anything major due to the room issue.

Welcome
First make a full anti virus scan
then
Download and make a full scan with malwarebytes.
If both are negative
Check to see how much is used by system restore points
Download win dir stat and see whats on the drives
WinDirStat - Windows Directory Statistics

You could also get rid of all but the last restore point and could gain quite a lot of space.
Go to computer,C (if your system files are here),properties,disk clean up,more options,system restore and shadow copies,clean up,delete files
