Question guys, I'm running Win7 64-bit and it is bootcamped.. same problem though but the thing is the $recycle.bin is on E: (which is my Mac OSX Driver) and I cant use cmd because it says that "parameter is incorrect" and when I do it normally it just gets deleted then when I refresh the window it just pops back up any ideas?
