Solved Email Back up

I know this will sound real stupid but here goes.
I think I backed up a lot of my email about a year ago.
Can someone tell me the steps to use to try & find it and then open it ?

Go to search by the start button and type a name or place or something that was mentioned in the emails.

Thanks for your help. I found the heading all the emails are under. For example I searched Keystone. That brought up Keystone CR910 Under that are all the emails but no subject on any of them. Another example;
OCD8246D. is an individual email The headers are :date modified type windows email.
OCD8246D is an individual email. I guess I'll just need to click each one until I find the one I'm looking for. I suppose I'm asking too much to say "is there a way to convert those letters & numbers to what the subject is" ?
Anyway you solved 75% of my problem and I appreciate your help. Thanks!

Ok
Type one of the words that bring up the mail
Then when it pops up, right click and then properties. Look for location, that is where they all are.
